We aim to deliver high-value services and digital products. However, due to the nature of our offerings:

• Digital Products (Templates, Codes, PDFs):
  Non-refundable once delivered/downloaded.
• Internship/Workshop Payments:
  Refund requests accepted within 24 hours of payment only, if access/materials are not yet shared.
• After that, no refunds will be processed.
• Technical Issues:
  If you face download/access issues, we’ll resend or manually assist you. Contact: nexlytsolutions@gmail.com
• Exceptions:
  Refunds may be granted (at our discretion) in case of payment duplication or system error.
